Instructions and other details for Filling Online Application Form for Project Fellow

Read the following instructions carefully before proceeding to fill the application form.

1. After successful completion of Registration, you will receive an email message giving an activation link to proceed to fill the on-line application form, please check your Spam/Promotional/Update folder for email.

2. Qualification:

M.Sc. degree (Physics / Electronics / Instrumentation Science / Material Science from a UGC recognized University) within last 3 years.

General Conditions:

(a). Age limit as on 01st July, 2024 is 28 years for general candidates, relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per GoI Rules.

(b). The tenure of this temporary position is one year which may be extended based on performance. Project Fellows are required to work in various laboratories at Indore Centre.

(c). The offer of fellowship does not under any circumstances confer on the candidates any right for absorption in UGC-DAE CSR.

04. Uploading of passport size photograph is compulsory and it may be uploaded in .jpg format (permissible file size is up to 200 kB).
05. Uploading of signature is compulsory and it may be uploaded in .jpg format (permissible file size is up to 50 kB).
06. Copies of all the certificates/Marksheets must be uploaded in PDF format (permissible file size is up to 500 kB).
07. Before finalizing the submission, please verify all the details carefully.
08. All the submitted details would be verified at the time of joining for the selected candidates.
09. Registration will start online from 5^th July, 2024.
10. Last date for online submission is 20^th July, 2024 17:30 hrs.
11. Incomplete applications wouldn't be considered.
12. The exact date & time of interview will be intimated to the respective candidates along with other details.
